                Bienvenue.

Welcome to French!  I hope you find everything you need on this site.  Send me a note if you have any questions.

Notes, EGQ and project information can be found under the tab for each grade level at the top of the page. I highly recommend that parents register to use Home Access Center.  This is a great way to know both your child's grades on all assignments in French and to see what assignments are coming up.  To register for HAC, please contact the front office.

E-mail is the very BEST way to contact me.  I usually return e-mails within 24 hours.

Eighth grade French students took the Grand Concours, a national French test sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French, for the first time this year.   Over 3000 students in the state of Georgia, and close to 100,000 nationally, take this test each year at various levels of French.  Of the 17 eighth graders who took the level 1 test,  two ranked in the top 10 for the state of Georgia on the level 1 test:  Megan Toner, 8 and Laura Rush, 9.   Megan also ranked nationally at number 10.   Congratulations to these students for their outstanding performance.
